We will be finalizing the structural design, fleshing out the budget, scheduling production and get fundraising under way. Lots to do, so this is going to be a long meeting. The first hour will be social overall discussion of the Project. Then we will break into small groups: Aesthetics, Build, Fundraising, Volunteer Coordination. Bring your laptop, sketch book, note pads and calendars. The next four months are going to be busy.
